From the Impact Analysis Report we develop capacity and facilties requirements and options for the delivery of necessary facilities. Options may be site specific, may include opportunities to resolve local issues or bring services together under one roof in a new development.
We are experienced in developing NHS and local authority business cases using the OGC Five Case Model. Andrew Grimes has been approved as a Better Business Case Practitioner
The team is experienced in delivering health and community projects from inception to hand over.
Many organsiations lack experience in developing facilties in new areas and do not understand the relationship between planning and community facilities. We offer training sessions to explain to commissioners, developers and leaders how the planning system and NHS investment systems interface.
