Andrew Grimes has been involved in planning health and community  facilities since 2006. Andrew  has a Masters Degree in Planning buildings for healthcare and is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in Project Management.

Andrew is a Better Business Case Practitioner.


Andrew and our associates bring together  a wide range of experience in developing health and community  infrastructure  requirements for housing developments  being developed  by  adopted and  proposed Local Authority Plans.
